The Strength to Heal Monthly Workshop · For Sister Lifter Founding Members

You are not
starting over.
You're starting from
where your body is right now.

Most programs ask you to be someone you were twenty years ago. This one starts with your knees, your back, your hip replacement, your history — and builds from there.

Three workouts a week, programmed personally by a coach who has spent 35 years training women through exactly this.

Twenty new founding members a month. That is not a marketing number — it is how many I can personally coach.

Women over 50 — active, capable, and confident

Most programs don't tell you that

The path gets
narrower
after 50.

In your 20s, 30s, and early 40s, the fitness path was wide. You could try different things, veer off course, and find your way back easily.

After 50, that path narrows. One wrong turn — a program designed for a 25-year-old, a bootcamp class that ignores your joints, a generic app that doesn't know your history — can set you back months or years.

And most programs were built for that 25-year-old. Not for you.

A woman in a quiet, thoughtful moment
If you've ever said any of these things, keep reading
  • "I want to get stronger but my knees, back, or hips won't cooperate."
  • "Every program I try was designed for someone half my age."
  • "I start strong but I never know what to do when something hurts."
  • "I'm juggling caregiving, career, and family — I need something that fits my real life."
  • "I've tried everything. Nothing sticks. Maybe it's just too late for me."

It's not too late. And it's not you. It's the program.

You have already met me

You have seen how
I coach.

However you got here — the free Saturday workout, or the bonuses that came with your email — you have already had a session with me. You know how I cue, how I modify, and what I do when something in your body says no today.

All of that stays free. Saturday goes up every week whether you ever buy anything or not.

This page is for what comes after it. If you are ready for the full workshop, keep reading — the rest of this is what a month with me actually looks like.

That’s not a you problem

Why most programs
leave you behind.

Most fitness trainers come from athletic backgrounds. They’ve never experienced — or worked with — women navigating real midlife challenges. They don’t understand:

  • Hormonal and biochemistry changes affecting energy, weight, and joint pain
  • Old injuries and health issues that flare up without warning
  • The emotional weight of feeling like your body has betrayed you
  • Caring for aging parents and grandkids while still trying to make time for yourself
  • The hopelessness of trying program after program with nothing to show for it
“That’s not a you problem. That’s a program problem.”

They don’t know what to do when something flares. So they tell you to rest, or they tell you to push, and neither one is coaching.

I spent ten years in physical therapy out of college. I’ve spent the 25 years since in my own studio, with women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond, every single day. Knowing what to do when something hurts is the job.

Generic program
  • Built for a 25-year-old body
  • Ignores your injury history
  • No adjustment when something hurts
  • Does not let you train at your own pace
vs.
Sister — built for you
  • Knows your injuries and history
  • Adjusts every workout to how you feel today
  • Checks in before every session
  • Backed by 35 years coaching women like you
35+ years of proof

Built on 35+ years of strength coaching and 10 years in physical therapy — with women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond.

Coach Rudy's Personal Coaching Platform

Meet Sister

Sister is my coaching assistant, and she’s where your workouts live. She hands you the next one, so there’s nothing to plan and nothing to go hunting for. She tracks your nutrition. And she’ll talk with you — about the session coming up, about the one that felt off, or about why you wanted to do this in the first place, which is the thing that’s hardest to remember on the days you need it most.

Sister app screenshot

She remembers everything. She knows your injuries and she knows your goals, and she keeps both in mind every time you talk to her. You never have to explain your knee twice. That conversation is what builds the habit — and the habit is what makes this a lifetime system instead of one more program you tried.

Why Sister is different from every other app

Sister isn't an app.
She's a conversation.

You tell Sister about your bad knee, your hip replacement, your lower back pain — and she remembers every word. Every workout she designs from that moment forward is built around your body, not a generic one.

Before every session, Sister checks in. How are you feeling today? What's flaring up? Then she builds your workout around your answer — right then, for that day.

No other fitness platform does this. Not one. This is 35 years of coaching women poured into a platform that talks with you — not at you.

Three workouts a week

What’s included in the
Strength to Heal workshop?

Strength to Heal is one of the programs I give my Sister Lifters — especially at the beginning.

It’s for you if you’re starting strength training for the first time, or getting back into training in general. And it’s for you if you have injuries you have to overcome to keep training in midlife — because this is meant to be a lifetime system, not another thing you start and stop.

So it’s more of a beginner program. Although there is a taste of the more advanced Pivot to Strength exercise circuits later in each workout, so you always have somewhere to go.

Here is exactly what you get.

Follow the workouts. Everything else is built to make that simple. You open the app and the next thing is already there. Push the banner at the top and you have your exercises for the day and the follow-along video that goes with them. Nothing to plan, nothing to piece together, nothing to decide before you start.

A Saturday Member Session Every Week
The free workout ends and the recording keeps going — 20 more minutes on recovery, on the difference between good sore and stop, and on adjusting next week to what your body actually did
Two Midweek Sessions Every Week
Not a stock video library. Each one is programmed around what the week is building toward — with the modification already in it for the knee, the hip, the shoulder. You bring the knee. The workout already works with the knee.
Sister, There 24/7
Ask her about the workout coming up or the thing that felt off today. She gives you encouragement too — and if you just want to talk something through, you can do that with her
A Recorded Q&A Every Week
Whatever Sister can't answer comes to me. Drop it in the chat — you never wait to speak to me, and you never hit a dead end
BACKUP GUARANTEE: Coach Rudy Online
Home & gym workouts · Beginner to Advanced · 400+ real workouts · Full nutrition tracker with macros. If Sister is ever having an off day, you will never miss a workout.
And you become a Sister Lifter
Which is the part I did not expect to matter as much as it does. You are training alongside women who know exactly what this stretch of life asks of you.
You are the one building the habit
Me, Sister, and my coaches checking in during the week — we're guideposts. We keep pointing you back toward the path so you can feel, every step, that you're on it and being coached to stay on it. But you're the one doing the building. After 35 years, that's the way I've seen women actually stay consistent.
Sister Lifter Community
The part that outlasts your month

The Sister Lifter community

There’s a community inside the app, and this is the part that keeps giving after your month is finished.

Q&As. Tutorials. Interviews with Sister Lifters who have done it. Workshops on nutrition, on mindset, and on the latest fitness research — so you’re not guessing at what’s actually true this year.

Even if you only ever buy one month, your community access stays current. New Q&As, new interviews, new workshops. It keeps coming.

What women just like you have experienced

Not gym results.
Life results.

These aren't success stories from a different kind of person. They're women who started exactly where you are — with a real diagnosis, a real injury, a real fear.

"I don't have to wait for my nephew to come shovel the snow anymore."

Joyce, 68 · Started with the beginner foundation — no gym, no equipment

"One of my best half marathon times in five years — it was mostly Coach Rudy's workouts. I barely had any time for training runs."

"Up and down the stairs. No pain. Didn't even notice."

Online Program Client · Osteoarthritis · 6 Weeks

"I was told to be careful. I chose to get stronger."

Fran · Osteoporosis Diagnosis

These are individual experiences from women in my programs. What changes, and how fast, depends on where you start, what you're managing, and how consistently you train. I don't promise you Joyce's results. I promise you the same coaching Joyce got.

Real women. Real results.

This is what changes
when the program fits.

These women used Coach Rudy's approach — online, self-paced, at home. Here's what actually changed.

Joyce — active outdoors
Started at 68 · Strength to Heal (Phase 1 only)

"I don't have to wait for my nephew
to come shovel the snow anymore."

Joyce started at 68 — using only the first nine beginner workouts. No gym. No equipment. Just the foundation.

What changed wasn't just her strength. It was her independence.

Liz — half marathon
Busy Professional · Custom Program · Half Marathon

"One of my best half marathon times in five years — it was mostly Coach Rudy's workouts. I barely had any time for training runs."

Liz runs a business and a family. Training time was minimal. Her yearly half marathon was coming up.

Coach Rudy built her a custom program using weight-based endurance training. She didn't just finish — she improved her time, her best result in two years.

Business Owner · Osteoarthritis · 6 Weeks

"Up and down the stairs.
No pain. Didn't even notice."

She runs a business and a family. Activity had fallen away. Osteoarthritis in her knee had made stairs something she thought about — every single time.

After six weeks in the program, she stopped noticing the stairs. The pain had backed off — and her cardiovascular fitness had genuinely improved.

Hear it from them directly.

They came with exactly
what you're dealing with.

A real diagnosis. A real injury. A real fear. Watch what happened when they stopped waiting and started moving differently.

"I was told to be careful.
I chose to get stronger."

Fran came in with an osteoporosis diagnosis — the kind that makes you feel like your bones might betray you at any moment. The instinct is to protect, to move less, to be very careful.

What she discovered is that the right kind of strength training is one of the most effective things you can do for bone density. She didn't need to protect herself from movement. She needed to move differently.

Stronger bones. More confidence. Still going.

"I'd stopped doing things
I used to love."

Tina had been living around her knee pain for years — quietly adjusting, quietly avoiding. Stairs. Long walks. Anything that might set it off.

The muscles supporting her knee had weakened. Her body was compensating in ways that were making things worse, not better. Targeted strength work — not rest, not stretching, not careful inactivity — is what finally moved the needle.

Less pain. More movement. Back to doing what she loves.

"I wasn't going to let a ski injury
end my active life — temporarily."

A twisted knee skiing. The kind of injury that makes you wonder if you'll ever feel confident in that joint again — and makes you hesitate every time you go downhill.

Recovery isn't just about waiting. It's about rebuilding the strength and stability around the injury so the joint feels supported again — and so the fear goes away with it.

Full recovery. Back on the mountain.

"I've been active my whole life.
I wasn't going to let one injury stop that."

Nan is a lifelong recreational and competitive athlete. An arm injury threatened to sideline her — and for an active woman, that's not just a physical setback. It's an identity challenge.

She trains primarily at the gym in her retirement complex, and checks in at the studio with the other Sister Lifters when she's in town. She joined to stay strong across the rest of her body while her arm healed. Targeted recovery work meant she didn't just maintain — she got stronger in ways she hadn't expected.

Arm recovered. Fitness maintained. Still competing.

"He listens to my aches and pains.
He doesn't make me work through them."

Dev came to me after a run of trainers who did the opposite. She has major joint issues and osteoarthritis that flares without much warning, and every program she tried treated a flare as something to push through. It flared worse every time.

We don't do that. When something is angry, we work around it. And we keep building everywhere else, so the work doesn't stop — it moves.

Her strength and her stamina are the best they have ever been.

Still training. Still building.

Why this has been my life's mission

Built from
35+ years of proof.

One of the biggest reasons I started working in physical therapy goes back to when I was a child. I watched as many of the women I loved — my aunts and grandmothers — succumbed to devastating health issues. At the time, I believed that was just life. Something inevitable.

But when I started working in physical therapy, I realized something powerful: women don't have to live like that. These limitations — they're not a life sentence. Women aren't too old to exercise, too old to get stronger, or too old to live life fully.

Today I still train women at my fitness studio. Every day. That isn't history — it's this week. What I teach in this workshop is what worked in my studio on Tuesday.

I built Sister because I kept meeting women who had been told their bodies were the problem. They weren't. The programs were the problem.

"You don't have to accept the idea that your body is too old, too weak, or too tired. You are not too old. It is not too late."— Coach Rudy

The Strength to Heal
Monthly Workshop

Being first

What does it mean to be a Sister Lifter Founding Member?

A Sister Lifter Founding Member is one of the first people joining my Strength to Heal workshops.

I’ve worked with private clients online for years, but this is the first time I’m offering a monthly group workshop like this. Because you’re going to be one of the first, you get the Sister Lifter Founding Member price of $97.

That rate is limited. It’s only being offered to the people who are going to be first to try out the Sister Lifter program.

It’s not a sale, and it isn’t a trick. It’s because you’re putting your trust and your sweat into something I’ve spent over thirty-five years learning how to do, but have only recently put online as a group program.

To be honest, it is new, so there might be a few hiccups here and there while we’re still building it out. Something might not load the first time. A video might land a day later than I said it would in the workshop member area.

When that happens, I’m the one who fixes it. Not a support desk. Not some company I hired. Me.

And there’s always a backup. If something breaks, your workout comes to you by email.

“You will always get your workout.”

Before I open this up to the public in general, I would really appreciate having you be one of the core group of Sister Lifter Founding Members. Women who are comfortable being first, and who’ll be willing to tell me what was confusing, what hurt, what was difficult, and what else they wished was there.

That’s worth quite a lot to me, and the price reflects it.

Your price will never change. If you choose to become a monthly workshop member, you will always have the Founding Member price. Because you were here first.

What your money buys

When I say monthly — if you’re reading this and it’s the 1st or the 28th, you’re still buying a whole month. Buy in September, you get everything in September. Buy in November, everything in November. All of it.

And it stays yours. Log in whenever you want, this year or next.

I really want to be clear about this, because it isn’t how most online fitness programs work. Usually you buy a membership, and if you cancel it, everything you paid for disappears. You lose your access.

That’s not us. If you buy in September, September stays yours forever.

Every month has a different emphasis. One month we might be building up your backside. The next we might be increasing shoulder flexibility. Posture. Waistline. Everybody likes variety, and your body needs it more than you think it does. That’s why each month has a different emphasis.

So you can try just one month and see how it fits. And if you want to keep going — which we want you to do — there will be options. Buy the next month on its own, or just put yourself on a recurring membership. The option is yours.

That’s how I shop. That’s how my wife shops. In midlife we know that versatility means so much — and we know that when we buy something, we want to be able to keep it.

That’s why I’m doing it this way.

Kept, and archived

When you buy the monthly workshop, what do you get to keep and what gets archived?

I want to be very clear about this, because “you own it” should mean something very specific.

Yours permanently? Every workout for the month you purchased. And the community stays live — the Q&As, the interviews, the workshops on nutrition, mindset and the latest research — whether you ever buy again or not.

What gets archived? The nutrition tracker. When your month finishes, the tracker switches off, but nothing is lost. Ask Sister and she’ll email you a summary of everything you tracked. And when you come back for another month, it switches straight back on, remembering exactly what you were eating last time.

Workouts? You always have access to all the workouts you bought, for any given month. You just don’t get access to new ones.

I’d really like you to be a monthly membership Sister Lifter, but I know life gets in the way sometimes, so you will always at least have the months that you purchased.

Twenty new founding members a month. I run every session personally, which means twenty is the number I can actually coach and still know your name and your knee. When the twenty are filled, the next group starts the following month.

Become a Sister Lifter Founding Member — $97

Your card is charged $97, one time. Nothing renews, nothing runs in the background, and there is nothing to remember to cancel.

What I will and won't promise you.

I won't promise you a number on a scale, a pain-free knee, or a specific result by a specific date. Nobody honest can promise you that, and you've been told otherwise enough times to know it.

Here's what I do promise. If you show up three times a week and do the work, you will make progress — in strength, in confidence, in knowing what to do with your own body. And if you go through the month and that hasn't happened for you, tell me within 30 days and I'll refund you in full. No questions, no hoops.

And if you’re not ready, that’s fine too.

The Saturday workout stays free. Every week, no card, no signup. Come as long as you like and take what you need from it — that offer doesn’t expire and it isn’t a trick.

The rest is your decision. And I’d rather you make it knowing exactly who this was built for:

  • The week where there is no clean hour anywhere in it
  • Adult children who still need you, in a different way than they used to
  • Grandchildren you want to be on the floor with, not watching from a chair
  • Aging parents, and everything that comes with that
  • A retirement you are planning for and intend to actually enjoy
  • A spouse, a household, and the management of both
  • And a body that picked this exact stretch of life to start negotiating with you

Nobody built a strength program around that list. They built programs around a schedule you were supposed to rearrange your life to meet. This one was built the other way around, by a coach who has spent 35 years watching what actually happens to women in this stretch — and alongside women who are living it right now.

This is a lifetime system. Not a program you finish. One you stay on.

Common questions

You probably want to know…

Sister and Coach Rudy Online both include beginner-level programming. You tell Sister where you're starting and she meets you there — no assumptions, no guesswork.
That's exactly who Sister was built for. The more you tell her, the more personalized your experience becomes. Hip replacement, arthritic knees, back surgery — she knows, she adjusts, and she checks in every single session.
Sister is new, and you're among the first women using her. Occasionally something won't work perfectly. When that happens, Coach Rudy Online is your backup — 400+ workouts, so you never miss a session — and I'm personally monitoring and responding. Your feedback shapes what Sister becomes, and your rate stays where it started.
Yes. You came in as a Sister Lifter Founding Member, and that is what you pay whenever you come back — next month, next year, or whenever the ongoing membership opens. The rate is yours; we are not looking for a technicality to take it back.
Nothing, unless you want it to. The month you bought stays in your account either way. When the next workshop opens you decide then — buy that month on its own, or put yourself on a recurring membership. There is nothing running in the background and nothing to remember.
Then you get that month the same as everybody else, and you keep it. Nothing expires on the 30th. Buy it on the 28th and the whole month’s work is sitting in your account waiting for whenever you get to it.
For people who aren’t founding members, yes — at least double. That is the whole reason you are getting it at $97. You are being first, and I appreciate it. Your price stays where it is.
There is nothing live to be at. Every session is recorded and posted, and it stays up. The Saturday workout goes onto the feed at 6am Pacific — 9am Eastern — and it is there whenever you get to it. I built it this way on purpose: I have watched too many women decide they had fallen behind because they missed a class.
No. Sister is a conversation — you talk to her the way you'd talk to me. Everything else is a video you press play on. There is no meeting to join and no link to be on time for.
Do the Saturday workout, then leave a comment with a question or one thing you liked — or reply to my Saturday email if you would rather keep it private. Either one counts. It is not a competition and nobody is ranked. And if you would rather do the workout and say nothing at all, that is completely fine — the Saturday session is free either way.
No. One payment, one workshop, and it is yours. I built it this way on purpose — I do not think anybody should have to sign up for something ongoing just to find out whether it is a fit.
You’re covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you join and it’s not right for you, email support@midlifewoman.fit within 30 days for a full refund. No questions, no hoops.
